Someone who is with IVA got his mother to change her will to leave his share to his neice so that the IVA won't get it! and bought property in her name and also borrowed money from his sister's share he used two vulnerable adults for his gain how do I expose him?
Asking for a will to be amended to prevent an inheritance going into the IVA is not unusual. In fact, some wills have insolvency clauses built in to disinherit any planned beneficiary who proves to be insolvent.
As for the property dealing, the only person likely to suffer here would be the mother, if the ownership affects any means tested benefits she gets.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
