What do the creditors letters say ?
When did you make the last payment ?
Have you spoken to your provider about it ?
Are you a homeowner, or do you rent ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

It can take a while for completion, especially at the moment.

What do the letters say?

If these letters are not a demand for payment they are probably the usual statements that have, until now, been supressed. Completion can take up to 6 months, though some firms manage it within weeks. I am afraid it seems to be common, if discourteous, practice to simply go silent between final payment and actual completion. You are no longer earning them money and so get prioritised south !

It's no bother, we are here to help. You will get a completion letter but with Covid and Christmas things will inevitably be delayed. Send the letters off to your IP - if you have finished you have nothing to worry about and they cannot ask for money.

Try not to worry - I'm sure it will all be sorted soon. I can appreciate how stressful it is.

My last payment was 27the April 2020 no I only got my completion certificate in November , it has taken them 7 months which is understandable considering COVID.

Hopefully you will get yours soon.

Well done for competing the 5 years, it’s a hard slog but a massive relief when it’s completed.

Thanks for reply I can wait but not sure why it takes so long for certificate and why we are still paying when it began in October 2015

Unfortunately that's the way things are at the moment. You will just have to be patient.
