Hi,
I have received annual report today via post what I can see and I'm worried about is that dividend from 20.62 raised to 46.68 it says revised estimated dividend.
What does it means? Does it mean my monthly payment will go up ?
Also from from Supervisors Abstract of Receipt and Payments from 2015 to 2019 it says cash in hand is 194.05. I don't understand anything. Do I have to pay that amount to them ?
Have you had a payrise at all? Is this to do with your annual review?

Have your payments gone up over the years ? Or have you paid in extra income or PPI refunds ?
The cash in hand figure is the amount they hold in your account with them, that is waiting to be shared to creditors or otherwise spent on fees and disbursements.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I have been contacted by PPI company they had all my details from my IVA as they are cooperating. I've made a PPI claim with them. I won't get any money as all of it goes staring to my creditors. As I'm aware my case is still in process.
Can I post somewhere documents which I have received? I totally don't understand anything from that.
I would phone them but they are closed for the weekend.
The estimated dividend to creditors to creditors could potentially increase during the course of an IVA. This could be due PPI being brought in, or potentially a creditor could write off their balance rather than claim leading to an increased return for the others.
From your post, it's probably the PPI.
I can't imagine it'll lead to an increase in your monthly payment.
Give your IP a call to be sure, I'm sure they'll be happy to explain.
Hi! I used to work for one of the UK's biggest Insolvency Practitioners - I don't work for an IP anymore but still have an extensive knowledge of the IVA industry. How can I help?

Thank you. Hopefully it's due to PPI

Just to let you know all went well.
Estimated dividend it's a percentage it will be paid to my lenders.
My monthly payments stay as it is.
However they haven't done my annual review yet - I sent all the documents in August.
