Considering an iva for debt , debt is about 13000 and in my name but I don't work would it still be possible to get an iva as my husband works? Would that mean he also had to be on iva ?

Hi and welcome to the forum. Your debt is not high enough to do an IVA but you could look into doing a debt relief order.
Take a look at www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews. Give 2 or 3 a call for some free advice. Im sure one of them can help you sort things.
Bankruptcy may also be an option if you dont have any assets that may be at risk. Again, any of the companies can help to advise which would be better for your own circumstances.
