hi, i entered a IVA in November 2015, I paid all the start up fees etc. and continued to make payments at the required amount of £675 pr month. I received statements on a regular basis and never had issues with connection to my iva manager. in July 2019 my correspondence stopped , it wasn't noticed as unusual until early 2020 as i was seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and wanted to confirm I was on track for completion.. after numerous emails and phone calls to answer phones i became slightly worried what with the pandemic potentially threatening my income..

I decided to try contacting another office listed to Carmichael & co and low and behold my manager answered.. when questioned regarding my concerns over the covid pandemic affecting my earning potential and possible disruption to my payments which he said to keep up payments and we will cross that bridge if it happens, he also said in November when my 60 months has completed he would need final documentation in the form of a mortgage statement and property valuation. I queried the lack of correspondence and he said he hasn't received any emails or calls? I asked if he could send confirmation of receipt of the documents sent to which he said he would.. this is now the beginning of December as I had to wait for a property valuation.. I still haven't received any confirmation of receipt, and my emails are being returned as delivery delayed? and phone calls go unanswered... all i want is some resolve on a financially & mentally draining 5 years.. please help

Have you sent an email directly to your IP rather than the normal website? I take it you are still making payments? If you have property with more than £5k equity you will probably have triggered the extra 12 months in lieu.
