If you have any joint finances she could be affected by association on her credit report (marginally so, but the possibility is there).

If you have any joint loans, she will be responsible for them, in full, going forward.

Some IVA providers will attempt to claim that you have an acquired interest in the equity of the house --- this is unreasonable and beyond their remit, so resist and look elsewhere. Such things are decided in court, not in an IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
