I am currently in an iva with credit fix which is due to end in December 2021. I have somewhere in the region of £1100 left to pay my grandparents have offered to pay it off they are willing to off the full £1100. I don’t own a house I am able to continue my regular payments I just want it done. What do i/my grandparents need to do

You will need to explain to your IP that you wish to make a full and final offer and that the money is only available for that reason and will be withdrawn if the offer isn't accepted. Your grandparents will have to provide evidence of this money (to check for money laundering). I would make a slightly lower offer to start off with - £900 which can always be upped if needs be.

Unfortunately you are with a firm that puts its own interests above yours and it is likely, going by their recent history, that they will ask you to pay the variation fee of £300 as well.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
