could my house be repossessed?

I part own a house, (less than 50%), housing association own the rest. If I went for a IVA could my house be repossessed?

As long as you pay your rent and mortgage then your house is perfectly safe. I deal with a lot of shared ownership cases and there are very rarely any problems on that front, subject of course as to what the appropriate advice for your own individual circumstances actually is.
