I completed my IVA in 2018 and my Council Tax was not part of my IVA. I am now being asked by the Council to pay for Council tax of 2014 and 2009. However this was never part of my IVA in 2013. Bailiffs are now knocking on my door for payment, am I obliged to pay

Were you paying your council tax separately during your IVA? If not then I imagine you would have to pay it. Don't let bailiffs in unless they have a court order and keep doors and windows locked.

Are you sure neither was included ? Check with your former IP.

IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.
