I shall sort it out at the end. I won't be wanting any credit so not too worried about it at the moment.

thats what we did
sent of for 3 reports cost us £6 in all
will be getting hers updated next week.
her iva finnished offically in feb 2010 so its worth doing hers while its still fresh as they say
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

Just one thing, it would be worth paying to send your letters recorded delivery. That way you have proof to show the Information Commissioner that you have sent them the letter, and that they have received it.

The only problem is IC is busy apparently, so many people affected by this issue I guess, so it may take some time for him to adjudicate on each case.

Hence the sooner the better in my opinion.
