Evening all. Thinking of a franchise but on application it mentions a credit check will be carried out. IVA started June 2014. Full and final last March and CC received September last year. Am I wasting my time applying ?

It will depend on the franchisors policy /attitude towards insolvency as the IVA and associated defaults will show up on a credit check. However the franchisor might be happy that you have dealt with the issue.
