Credit file, completed a lump sum IVA in Feb 2008 and have never looked back! However some accounts included in the IVA show 1.Default but have now been settled - should this not show this? 2. Some of those included in the IVA show as partially settled, is this correct or should they show settled? 3. Some show status unknown, but have seen settled, shoudl this not be reflected as such? 4. Some show debt assigned but have been settled, should these not reflect this?

Any of the defaults will remain on the file in one form or another for 6 years from the date the IVA was agreed.Different companies show settled IVA's in different ways, and as long as none of the defaults are dated later than your IVA agreement date then the info is correct.
