I have some things on credit that I manage with paid by sombody else are these safe and can be kept out of I’ve the other stuff is loans overdrafts and credit card

If they are in your name then you are responsible for them and cannot leave them out of an IVA.

Every unsecured loan / credit agreement in your name MUST be included in your IVA.
