Hello - hopefully this will be the last time I need your guys help! So far you have been amazing so I have one final question/query.

I am aware that it stays on my record for 6 years etc however.............

My IVA completed on 18/03/2019 - this was early as with an F&F. (Started on the 7th Nov 2017)

I have just gone onto Totally Money to have a look at my report and all my creditors are up to date and say account closed etc except Hoist Potfolio 2 who I believe took on my Barclays loan and my Barclays credit card account. Should they not be saying account closed also? It just says default, default default up until May 2019 and that "it needs urgent attention!"

Do I need to send Barclays a copy of my certificate and ask them to sort it out?

Thank you and advice is greatly appreciated.

The IV started in Nov 2017, so will be on your credit files until Nov 2023. This is what is killing your credit score. Whether the defaulted accounts show as settled / partially settled or closed will make little difference.

Have a read here for background info: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record

OK super - so it is just gonna stay like that, saying default and needs attention etc until 2023 then?
I just want to make sure all is up to date that's all - so I can crack on! :)

Thanks Foggy

Just make sure that the default date is around the start of your IVA. The defaults will stay on record 6 years from the date of default, and that date should be on or around the start date of the IVA.

Brilliant - thank you as always
