Credidfix are keeping my PPI that I didn't know I was getting, I started IVA in 2010 and finished in 2016 , i have read the booklets, "insolvency Guidance Note" that they sent me and it do not say anything about PPI, only asset, would be my property, this refund was unexpected. Creditfix have told me that I do not have a TRUST. Is there anything that can be do? If this has not been explained and i have not agreed to this after I finished that must be against they Protocol ..

Unfortunately PPI is considered an asset and is due to your creditors. At the time your IVA completed things were still in motion for PPI. There is nothing you can do and it is not against protocol.

Generally PPI is payable to the IVA even after completion -- it does not have to be defined as an asset in the PPI Protocols as PPI was not 'a thing' when the Protocols were initially drawn up. A recent court case confirmed the principle, although that particular case was about R3 terms, it is generally accepted that it applies across the board.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
