I've not had much correspondence from Creditfix. I was just wondering what peoples experiences were of using this company? I am 11 months into my IVA and due to a change of circumstance (change of address) I have had to do a slightly earlier income/expenditure review. I sent over the relevant documents and paperwork (3 months bank statements etc) but I have not had any further correspondence from them. I am aware of the way Creditfix operate, and today I sent the 'Review" team and the "Customer Service" team an email just asking how long annual reviews usually take.
I am happy to give full details of my current IVA set up if it makes answering my question a lot easier.
I am just so worried and stressed all the time! When I though an IVA would mean slightly less stress and more focus on budgeting etc I am so worried I'll get 3-4 years in, just to have my IVA be rejected. How likely is this to happen, even after making sure I meet payments every month and never miss one. Ive got 49 payments left at £177 per month.
Creditfix do get a bad press on here and are not known for their communication. You have fulfilled your obligation w ith regard to your new I&E so it is now down to them to get back to you.
Keep a copy of all correspondence sent to and received from them.
As long as you keep up your payments you should have no problems at all and you will not fail.

Creditfix are not the easiest company to deal with, especially when it comes to communication. As Kallis says, as long as you do everything you are supposed to they cannot fail the IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Each time I send an email, I make sure to save it and reference it.
I moved address a few months into my IVA getting approved (5 months approx.)
I have let creditfix know of the change of address and change of circumstance. My salary has increased slightly, but we the new income and expenditure being slightly more expenive, it basically works out to be the same amount.
My other question in regards to changing address, I have obviously let Creditfix know, which has sparked all this anxiety and worry that I have done something wrong...but do I need to contact each of my creditors and let them know of my new address? Or will Creditfix do this at the annual review?
You have done nothing wrong! You do not speak to your creditors at all.
