My Creditors meeting is a week Thursday at 11:15.
Does anyone know how long it will take?
I work a split shift 6:45-10:15 then 14:45-18:15. If i can avoid having any time off it woulf be better as i cant afford to lose the money and also have to come up with some excuse??
Have the creditors already decided what they will do before the meeting?
Sorry to babble, any advice is gratefully received?

There is no set time for the meeting, but your IP should have organised this to be held at a time convenient for you. Although you do not have to attend the meeting, you do need to be available to take telephone calls and to have documents e-mailed to you, before the arrangement can be deemed to be accepted.

The sleepless nights seem to have returned.
I just wish it could all be over?
I just want to know what the creditors have decided now,so i can start to live my life.
I know from reading on the forum that it isnt easy but at least you know what you have to pay every month?
I am just so worried there will be a problem and what i will do then?

The best offer will be on the table and I hope this doesn't sound harsh but it's out of your hands now and the votes will come in. I'm sure it will be fine and hope you let us know how it goes...we're all here to support you x

HI DMB

If it's any help our creditors meeting only took 10 mins. Was arranged for 11:00am, then I was asked to call in 10 minutes after the meeting, 11:10am, it had already finished and IVA was accepted.

Good luck for Thursday.

Sam

Is yours a complicated case?

Which company are you using?
