I set up my IVA on 3rd April 2019 with Creditfix. Somehow one of my creditors was missed off. I have spoken to my IVA provider who are now just confirming things to get them added on, told me it shouldn't be a problem. But I accidentally used this card through PayPal on 23rd April 2019 meaning £20/30 was used after my IVA started.

Can they completely reject adding the creditor on due to this? I dont mind paying them what was used after my IVA was set up but cant afford the previous £2k on it, obviously.

Can anyone shed any light on this situation please and what is going to happen?

Thank you

It should beOK for that sort of sum. This seems to be CF's new saga -- we have heard that they have missed creditors more than once now --- but, on the plus side, we have not heard that they haven't been able to sort it out.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi I’m with Creditfix and they missed a creditor of mine off too. I rang up and explained and they added them on instantly with no issues. I did get more hassle from that creditor than the rest as obviously they was unaware I was applying for a Iva and then accepted. But after maybe 8-9 weeks they have stopped bothering me.
