Hi all,

My Iva was completed on 1st July 2019 via F&F I have asked one of my creditors why the full balance is still shown and my account not closed down. They have told me that they have recieved no final dividend payment of my Iva company so are unable to shut my account . Is this normal for them to be waiting this long ?? I’ve checked my completition certificate it has them on there and the final amount they were due.

Thanks

If I sign into my account with the creditor .i signed in to see if they had shut my account down yet and enquired why it still showed the full balance was remaining
