Hello firstly happy new year. What an amazing group this thanks foggy and team for providing us all with support.

So today I've been having a look at my IVA chairmans report. I havent had the guts to look at it for a while. I am in my 3rd year of my agreement. I noticed one of my largest creditors were named at the start of the report with the debt outstanding. Then a little further down it says the companies who had voted back. This main creditor is not named, does that mean they didn't give a vote? A little worried really.....I mean three years on and I have had no contact from this creditor so can someone try to put my mind at ease at all?

Although they didn't vote they are still bound by the IVA. The arrangement is accepted if at least 75% ( by debt value) of those who vote say yes. It is not unusual for some creditors to simply not bother voting.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Once your IVA is agreed by the Creditors and placed before the Courts it becomes binding on all, prior to the date of your IVA and they have 6 months to make contact with your I.P without that they have to go along with your IVA

Of my 17 creditors, only two voted. The one I owed most to didn't even vote!

Doesn't matter - they are all bound by the IVA
