GOOD NEWS IT WAS ACCEPTED!!!!! WITH A FEW MODS, they want to add 12months, and make it 6 years, other one was the ip fees they wanted them to drop them and but credit fix said no etc. they came to some agreement. they said they have 28days to challenge this but never happens. just soooo happy with the outcome. WOOH!

5th of August is reasonable so happy now cancel those direct debits if you haven’t and enjoy the non worry of struggling each month.. so pleased for you 🎉

I asked for the 5th cos its payday for me. I hope you have the same out fingers cross ill be checking for an update from you :)

Oh do they ask you what date you can make? As mine would be the 5th of Aug too as that’s payday .
Thank you I’ll keep you updated really hope for the same outcome as cancelling these direct debits would just make me happy doing that 😂

yeah they asked what would be the best date to take payments, I said payday. and im canceling them now.

Yes definitely cancel them now.. and I’m unsure to be honest with the refund as you wasn’t in the Iva then but always best to ask you IP in case you can get that back.
