Hi All.

Aperture Informed me last month, that they have organized a creditors meeting to hopefully get my iva finally completed.

It was set for today and was told that I would be told the outcome.

I have not heard anything from aperture, is this normal?

Should I wait for them to contact me? Or give them a ring to find out whats going on?

Thanks

I am afraid that this lax attitude to customer service is the norm for many firms these days, but Aperture are up there on the leaders board ! You do need to ride them to get anything out of them .

Thanks Foggy

I just need some closure after all this time, they took my mobile and said they would contact me to let me know the outcome. Why do they do this. As if you don't have enough worry about what's happening to not contact you is dreadful.

I would be calling them for sure, and if necessary I would be calling every couple of hours if told it is not yet known ... you are in your right's to know the outcome as soon as it is known ..fingers crossed for you x

Good news.

Creditors accepted the payments to date as full and final.. That's it no more payments

I was told that they had to wait 28 after the creditors meeting to start closing the iva.. Is this normal?

I am so. Relieved. Early Christmas present for me.

Thanks everyone x

Well done and congratulations. I haven't heard of any 28 day delay before commencing closure procedures and wonder why some people get their certificates within 2 weeks if this is the case .... maybe more an issue with Christmas-break-itis ??
