Hello new to this.. so me and my partner have so many debts we thought we would be able to manage and it soon got out of hand. We have never missed a payment but we have had literally no money, we get paid on 16th by the 23rd we literally have £3 left.

We have decided to go with Creditfix and it’s our creditors meeting today and I’m so nervous I feel sick and can’t stop thinking about it I feel we will get rejected I’m so scared. Our creditors are:

Capital One £153 - partner
Lending Stream £411 - me
Natwest Loan £22,320 - joint
NatWest Overdraft - me
NatWest Loan £8,746 - partner
PayPal Credit £995 - me
Vanquis £3,835 - partner

We are offering £314pm they said that’s 38.40p/£.

So you think we will get accepted? Think it all depends on Natwest as they are the biggest creditors.

If Natwest vote -- it will all be down to them, as you suggest. 38p is a good dividend, but could be better if CF reduced their fees --- which is currently a bone of contention between them and some creditors.

Best of luck.

CF are one of those firms that need to be constantly chased to get any information out of.

I’ve just rang them and they said my meeting has been adjourned until Monday because Capital One have requested modifications so not sure what’s happening right now and they wouldn’t tell me if NatWest said yes I literally just got told to wait until Monday. It’s so hard waiting to hear I feel so sick and anxious.

With the debt owed to Capital One, they must have been one of the few that voted to have modifications considered ! I would take anything CF say on the matter with a pinch of salt !

CF always have these issues, but normally work around them --- often it is centered around disputes with their fees ( they charge more tham most and creditors do not like it).
