Hello

I am new to the forum and apologise if I am going over a subject already raised.

My creditors Meeting to today and aside from a text from the company I am using, (not able to get through to them when I call), I have been unable to speak with anyone to confirm what time it is taking place or gain an reassurance.

The text says that they need to speak to me before they can confirm the outcome of the meeting and that they will be up against the clock to do so and if they cannot get through to me, my case will be withdrawn. Should I be worried? I am trying to put this to the back of my mind but proving tad difficult.... :cry: :cry:

Try replying to the text stating that they are not answering your calls. Who are you with ?

I agree - you need to either speak or text them. You should get a call once the meeting has been done.

So! After a very stressful weekend, got on the phone to Aperture first thing this morning. Advised IVA approved with modifications;

creditors want to extend term for extra 12 months

want me to apply for c/m for my eldest child. (Was receiving it before but it stopped when CSA closed down and when I reapplied to CM, they then advised they could not trace my ex.

If they are success in locating him, creditors want a 60/40 split.

They are not going to get it anyway as ex not traceable but want to know if this is normal?

Also, I had to be credit checked for a new bank account (even though it was a basic bank account), and literally a few days later, an old mortgage shortfall letter landed on the doormat. The person dealing with my case had gone on holiday so it would appear it was not picked up. Just queried receipt of the letter I had previously sent, and been asked to send it again as they may have to go back to the creditors even though IVA originally approved. Now worrying all over again. Recovering from two recent strokes, and recovery slow due to anxiety......
