Your house will not be taken from you if it is rented and your car should be ok as long as it is not worth a lot. I don't know what the current ceiling is for the value of a car in BR.

Taken the decision to go to a solicitor and make my claim from the matrimonial home. Didn't want to do it but I feel I have no choice. Told Payplan thinking might help my case. They asking me questions like do I know what the.legal fees will be......I have no clue I don't know how it will go. Do I know how much I will get.......
No I don't. I just want to give up I've had enough!

Solicitors fees will be high and, if in an IVA you wouldn't be able to add them. Think long and hard about it. I know it's hard but wait and see what happens with your IVA. Also, you could do a free half hour consultation with a solicitor to have a chat and ask about cost.

Such a difficult stressful situation for you. Fingers crossed your IP is able to contact your creditors this week and persuade them to accept.

They contacted them last week one of them has overturned the decision but they need the other one to. So they think today will be a rejection. Just hoping they will sort me a DMP. Will let you know. 12 00 today.

Fingers crossed. Personally speaking, if they are being that stubborn I'd be inclined to go BR and that way they would not get back near as much as with an IVA. That's just my opinion though.
