Hi,

My wife and I have our creditors meetings on Thursday morning. Getting a bit nervous now, which is normal, I know.

We are with Melanie and we are offering a lump sum full and final settlement, thanks to my parents who have kindly loaned us the funds.

I now know how nervous others have felt on the week of their creditors meetings.

Good luck from me too. I'm also with Melanie, and whilst I've only really just started the process, I'm very impressed so far!
Let us know how you get on

Thanks folks for all your kind wishes. Just got the call about half an hour ago saying that our IVA proposal has been accepted with a few modifications (mostly to do with fees and minimum dividend)

I was very nervous this morning, but Melanie and her team were brilliant, and got the result for us.

I would like to thank Andy Davie, who dealt with us initially, and Tina, Angela, Tom and of course Melanie at the IVA Advice Bureau. You were all fantastic throughout the whole process.

Thank you all,

Stephen

Congratulations!!!! We are hoping to do the same so its good to hear your news!! Why is everyone saying about being with Mel's team for the next 5 years though? When you do a full and final is that not the end of it? Its probably me getting confused again!!

Most people are in a 5 year arrangement. If you do a F&F you will not be! Don't worry Nicola - you're not confused :-)
