Co-op have just sent me a new debit card with a letter confirming my new current account! This whole credit file business is confusing! The partial settlement is still showing on Experian but they have decided to let me have a current account! My letter worked!

To be honest, credit scoring is a nightmare even for those in good financial standing. I fear there is not enough control over the agencies. considering the influence thay exert on everyone's lives.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Indded! It is a positive . I am goad Co-op haven’t lost their support of people. It is a shame you can’t talk to anyone anymore though, no branches locally either
