Likely to be 3 months after your completion certificate is received

Well done for reaching this stage

The IS policy states up to 3 months. We have seen them come off much earlier, although rarely these days. Geberally they wait the full three months from when it is input into the system. It still depends on who pushes the button in the office. but I would guess the 22nd. However, I wouldn't put money on it.

Why does a matter of days make all the difference ? Coming off of the Register has very little impact in real terms. The IVA will still be showing on credit files.

Ah .... it is over 6 years old. Well, be it the 12th or the 22nd (or anywhere in between) .... not long to go now :-)

Hi Dennis
In my experience they leave it till the last possible moment.
My name wasn’t taken off until three months after they received notification, so on the second date. So glad to be off at last!
