Judge has found that David Mond has always been the owner of DRSP despite what he has said publicly on this forum!!!

Can anyone tell met the consequences for him doing so? How do we report him to the regulators? This just seems as though he has been taking money from us for his own ends despite claiming to be a champion of the people. I am disgusted.

He must have taken millions from us whilst pretending to be acting in our interests. WTF!!!!! Regulators must know! EVERYONE MUST KNOW!

How do we get a copy of the judgement in full???

David Mond has not been an expert on this forum for many, many years. I imagine most of the people who used his firm are long gone from here.

I can't see making a complaint now will make any difference.

What? So all of us who have been cheated should just accept it because the crook doesn't post on here anymore? Do me a favour!

He's stolen from all of us and deserves repercussions...

Too right. This man has portrayed himself as a man of virtue on the side of the people. If the judge is right and all along he's been earning a secret commission from everyone, this should be dealt with severely. Can anyone get the actual judgement? Seems as though an IP has cheated and stolen from the pot. If that's the case, he deserves EVERYTHING that's coming to him.

And anyone is surprised that IVA companies set up other companies specifically to reclaim PPI and get another % of the pot?

The banks are just as much to blame by not challenging some of this type of practice.

FYI https://www.maitlandchambers.com/inform ... k-ltd-2010 where a case was lost because tried to push an argument that an IVA was more than it actually was.

FYI https://www.tltsolicitors.com/insights- ... en-v-mond/ linked to PPI after a Trust Deed (conflicts with Wright v Green), where in a Scottish Trust Deed, the argument that PPI always goes back to the IP is dismissed, because if that happened, it could be argued that the Deed would never end. Have to agree with that given one member of the Board finished an IVA 11 years ago, but Aperture are constantly remining the claims.

FYI https://www.casemine.com/judgement/uk/5 ... 7f57ea8d1c make up your own mind once you work through the legalese.

All of this information is in the public domain.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Not sure why you posted three links to legal cases where Mr Mond was acting to test important legal principles. Something the rest of the profession is often slow to do.

They certainly don't add anything to whatever point this thread is trying to make.

Maybe some of the posters should research cases about liability of authors and forum owners for comments made online? Just sayin'.

I am closing this thread. This forum is to provide support for those in an IVA or seeking a debt solution, not to vilify former IPs.
Everything, so far, posted is already in the public domain and we should leave it at that.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
