We are reading through our proposal and was wondering what would happen if either partner died during your IVA?
Our IVA will be interlocking.Does the other still keep on paying the remainder of the IVA?
Many thanks

If you die then your partner would still go on paying their IVA.

Yours would be dealt with out of your estate.

It would really depend upon the circumstances of the surviving partner as to whether their IVA could continue in its own right. If your IP is using the IVA protocol format - there should be a section dealing with this issue within the body of the proposal.
