Is anyone else having problems getting them to even answer a query? been calling for 2 weeks now and get fobbed off every time! email this person, email that person, they have been taken over by Aperture now who dont seem to know their right from left, all I want to do is pay the blooming thing off and get the ball rolling. grrrrrr :roll:

DFD are in administration and I am sure Aperture will be in contact you.

Fairpoint -- DFD's parent company has gone into administration, however, as you say, DFD has been bought as a going concern by Aperture. But, the last time they were asked the bods answering the phone at Aperture knew nothing of the situation and, to date, we have heard of no DFD clients being informed of what was going on.

I am led to believe that DFD staff are currently working with Aperture and are in the process of contacting everyone. This, of course, may take a little while, but the IVA is in safe hands.
