Good Afternoon,

I am on the verge of pursuing an IVA application in relation to my unsecured debt of circa 30k.
I have 5 creditors. However one of the creditors (halifax) have passed my acccount over top a debt collection company called Blair Oliver Scott.

Will this affect my chances of an IVA being accepted?

Your help would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Paul
