I will. I'm gonna do a series of blogs over time covering set periods explaining how I got into debt and what was happening in my life at the time.

I just hope I can remember cos it started a long time ago....

Keep going Luke!

I have to say (and this is just me!) that I'm glad I didn't put too much about my feelings in mine as I'm sure I'd want it deleted now!

I think everyone does it differently. When I read mine back it comes across as quite matter of fact, maybe even cold but that's just the way I am!

I'm quite matter of fact when I write, but Dave says I ramble when I speak!

@ Helen Yeah helps when you can't vent at the people around you to do it in the written form to people you know feel similar.

@Skippy - Sounds like 2 distinct personalities in you lol [:P]

Can't beat a good ramble, I'm always told that I go round the houses whenever I'm trying to make some kind of point or tell a story or something like that, it really drives my girlfriend mad she absolutely hates it and tells me off and says 'I'm bored, get to the point' and I....oh look I'm doing it again [:D]

My uncle always used to say 'to cut a long story short', and it was a family joke that no one wanted to hear the long version!

When he died I wrote on the card 'this is one story I wish you hadn't cut short' and I know he would have had a laugh at that!

Lol I'm sure he would! I think dark humour at sad times is very important to give us strength [:)]

I think that's lovely Skippy, I still have a laugh sometimes about my Dad and my Brother, not inappropriately but the sort of joke they'd appreciate. They were both jokers.

My hubby goes the long way around telling you something and I've often lost interest by the time it comes to the point. x

My uncle used to come to visit my dad and would always end up eating half of his dinner, so when he died we joked that my dad had better keep an eye on his plate in heaven as Den was on his way up to nick his dinner!

Sometimes I think that joking is the only way to cope.
