hello
I entered into an IVA 4 and half years ago and it will run for a total of 6 years as I could not re-mortgage. I recently decided to check my credit reports out of curiosity, using Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. When I entered my IVA I had 4 creditors, TSB, Tesco bank, Barclaycard and MBNA, however only TSB is showing on my reports. All 3 reports show the IVA and TSB with the correct default date but none of the reports show anything from Tesco bank, Barclaycard or MBNA or any other "bad" things linked to myself. Should I be worried about this at all? Are there any other CRA's worth looking at? I thought the 3 CRA's I have used so far are the most widely used in the uk so why would these creditors not appear on my report? Thanks for reading this and any advice would be greatly received.

Cheers.

Really wouldn't worry if defaults not registered by some creditors. Until the end of your iva they can be entered at any time but the date must be recorded as your iva start date at the latest.

Sometimes creditors simply do not report to the CRA's, or to one but not the others ( or any combination).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
