I got an IVA approved with modifications on my name.. I got blood pressure and diebities and working part time. Creditors asked me to apply for dissability benifits for me and my wife and pay 60% to them.If we dont get dissability benifits then we must seek full time work.
Is it right?
They can put whatever reasonable requests they wish in and you can either refuse (and probably not get the IVA accepted) or accept ( and be bound by them).
The twist is in the wording --- seeking is not the same as getting. As long as you are looking for work you are complying.
