If i enter into an IVA, does mine,my partners and mt 11 year olds disability living allowance have to be taken into consideration as it is a non means tested award?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

It will be taken into account but please remember to list everything you need it for and that should leave you with enough for your disability needs.

Extra bedding, rubber gloves, travel and anything else you can think of that you need that money for needs to be added to your I&E

Lisa is correct, it is income and will need to be accounted for, but please put down everything you need for your child.
