Hi, since joining the forum I have been checking my paperwork. My proposal worked out a monthly payment of 404 and a dividend of 68.7p/£. However my chairmans report states the dividend has been calculated at 71p/£. I have been paying the 404 each month as agreed but am concerned that I will have a shortfall. I do not own a property so there are no equity complications. Could this be a simple typo?

Was there a reduction in creditor claims at the time of the Chairman's Report which may have resulted in a higher dividend, or were your IP fees adjusted?

The nominee and supervisor's fees are unchanged in the cr. The cr doesn't actually mention my total debt, only the value of the debt with those who voted. I think I'll contact my caseworker tomorrow to clear this up. I don't want any surprises at the end. Thanks Melanie

Good idea - and let us know what the difference relates to, as I am now curious.
