i did take advice from debt matters last yr but they said no iva because of car loans (on hp) adding upto 360 per month and mortgage arrears so stuck with payplan. when i asked payplan tp propose an iva i changed mind because of debt i had not in my plan and thought they might cancel the arrangement. although had already paid them about 12000 over the 5 yrs but nevermind -looking forward to vincent bond and IP sorting us out for good!

must add that when i told them i had switched to VB they were puzzled as to why I had not approached them but to be honest i lost faith- after reading this forum i think my personal finance manager should have discussed an iva years ago!
