Do I have to disclose winter fuel allowance to IVA

i will be getting £200 winter fuel allowance from the dwp do I have to disclose this or can I use it to pay extra into my gas account

It is designed to offset your winter energy needs so I would have thought that your IP need not know about it.

Absolutely not is the answer, that money will not be given to you to pay debts with at all.

As long as you use it for your winter fuel I can't see this being an issue.
