Hi,
I am being made redundant in june and my iva was completed and will drop off my records in may of this year. I have got a good idea for a small business to set up from my redundancy pay out.
Am i allowed to have a business because of the iva and because the iva is finished, do i have to declare it when going for public liability insurance?
Thanks in advance

You are allowed to set up a business and will need to declare the IVA if they ask about it.
