Do I need to keep receipts?

I have been managing my expenditure in cash so I can be more in control of spending. Will this have an effect on my annual review do I need to keep receipts for everything?

No, you are overthinking it all. The only receipts you will need are those that would be necessary for a warranty claim from a purchase. Most reviews will require a number of pay slips, P60 and bank statements.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

IPs do not have the time nor inclination to see how you spend your money. They are only interested in income and the big stuff for agreed expenses (if it changes).
