My Iva has been successfully completed but Creditfix say if I get any PPI payouts it has to still go to them. I have my original proposal and it states nothing about this unless the payout occurs within the 5 years then it must go to the IVA

Yes, as recently confirmed in the courts, PPI is an asset of the IVA, even if paid our after the IVA completes, as it existed during the IVA (albeit not known about). However, as time goes on some IP's lose interest and allow you to keep it, but many don't.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
