I am now in year 5 of my IVA. In order for me to complete the IVA i have to pay £531 a month for the final year. £217 of this will help contribute to clearing a balance from year 4 and the reamaining £314 is my new monthly contribution to year 5 devised from my incomce expenditure review. I have been given the opportunity by a family member to offer £3200 to clear this balance early. Do you think my debtors will accept this as a final settlement. I only have 6 months left.
