My IVA has been discharged, does it mean it is totally complete? I've paid for 6 years.

The certificate of completion should say something along the lines that you have completed your responsibilities under the terms of the arrangement and that the supervisor is discharged and has no further interest.

Unfortunately a Certificate of Completion really doesn't look like a certificate and sometimes doesn't even say completion on it. Fortunately you have probably have finally finished your IVA and your IP has closed your completed IVA and discharged his responsibilities of it and the letter is to confirm this. :D :D :D Congratulations.
