I am in IVA since January 2017 but recently I am receiving DLA for my youngest child. Do I need to include this DLA amount when declaring 'Income and Expenditure Statement'?

DLA should be included as income, but should then be offset by the expenses it is designed to cover. Some IP's simply offset it as a lump, others require a detailed breakdown, and a few simply regard it as income and won't offset all of it.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
