Welcome to the forum.

Absolutely not. A CRB check is purely to check if you have a criminal record or not.

Hi,
Someone withmore knowledge than me will be able to answer this shortly. My daughter has special needs and as far as I'm aware te CRB is purely as safety precaution for any criminal convictions or something on file to do with anyones ability to care for someone. I can't see an IVA being a problem. Like I said I'm no expert. I hope I'm right.
All the best
Cheers,
deb
IVA started Sept 09. Glad to be on the way to being debt free

It's purely for criminal convictions, nothing else.

My wife just had her CRB done and no problems, so don't worry.

As the others have said,an IVA wont affect any CRB checks. I know creditors often treat those of us in IVA's as criminals but thankfully we are not!!

If you are looking at an IVA Sharon, I recommend that you visit www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews. Give one or two a ring for free and impartial advice.
