Spoke to mine on the date of acceptance but that's been it. Fortunately I haven't needed to speak to him. Been quite happy with the case workers.

I know I feel very lucky to have had my variation accepted and I should be more grateful, hopefully it will all go smoothly and quickly from now on

Sorry Jen - quick question! What was the total difference between what you have paid and what they expcted back?? I am beginning to get increasingly anxious as my date looms.... Still got over 2 weeks....don't know how I am going to cope, with everything else that is going on..... I was taken to hospital on Thursday and was kept in over night.... they have put it down to exhaustion - still not sleeping and the side effects to the medication that makes me dizzy and makes me sick...

Hi Lusso,
I originally was supposed to pay in 60 x 421 = £25260. My fees were around the £7000 mark and the expected dividend to creditors was 36p in the pound.

I offered 30 x £421 = 12630 + £7500 (from parents) which totals £20130 but then my fees went up to £8000 and the dividend went down to 21p in the pound.
So it went from around 18000 being shared to 13000 being shared amongst my creditors. (around 5k less i guess)
I know most of my debt had been sold on to Max Recovery and Eversheds though so not sure who got to vote on what to accept.

Really hope yours goes ok for you and the time until your meeting passes quickly
xxx
