I paid off my IVA 3 years ago (I bought myself out it) which was the best thing ever we did. However. come 13th July this year (The date of the IVA and dates of all creditors bound by the IVA) would be the 6th year from when it started. Do the creditors and IVA on the credit report just drop off naturally or do you have to chase the credit ref agencies to delete them?

Should drop off automatically as long as your IP has sent your completion to your credit records

They should drop off, al things being equal ------ but, things are not always equal ! You do need to check that:

A) You are off of the Insolvency Register.
B) The IVA on your credit files has been marked "Completed".
C) That all of the creditors accounts have been marked defaulted. And
D) All of the default dates are on or around the date the IVA started.

You need to check with all three agencies and, for certainty, the £2 a pop statutory report is what you need to see. Also check that Notices of Corretion regarding the IVA, if any, have been removed.
