Does my ex wifes solicitor need my IVA details?

Have I got to give my ex wife's solicitor details of my IVA and does the fact that I have an IVA preclude me from negotiating in an equity dispute. I am 45 months into my iva

If any of your equity is released your IP will need to be brought into the frame as this will be payable into the IVA. Also, the house is currently under a restriction and, again, the IP will need to be involved in any transaction. You are still free to negotiate any settlement.

Her solicitor should be able to get the details of your IVA without you needing to give them the information.
