you suggested the co-op bank, which other banks can you suggest and how would it affect my mortgage with the bank i currently bank with, which is the halifax. i will be starting uni in september and don't know whether to open a student account with another bank or will this affect the iva process. i really don't know what to do, i'm fine with my mortgage, no arrears its just my loan, overdraft and credit cards i need to deal with.
NatWest is another good one. The Co-op is the one recommended by most posters on here. Don't bother with HSBC or First Direct as they will close the account once you enter into an IVA.
Your mortgage won't be affected.

The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.
